Returns & Exchanges

At Mañana, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
